The precision machinery of the 1150 automatic turret allows for fast and quiet positioning, and the switching of the indenter and objective lens is also part of its automatic testing cycle. The turret provides 4 objective positions, meeting all the magnification requirements of the user's application. The standard 10x and 20x objectives can be extended or expanded to 50x, or even lOOx objectives, thus meeting the requirements for applications up to 1000x. The optional 5x objective lens has a wide field of view, making automatic XY platform control easier.
