Vibration Grinding Machine

The vibration grinder belongs to a new type of vibration grinder, which adopts the principle of vibration crushing and has recently developed the first PLC human-machine intelligent full touch screen operating system in China. It is based on the different characteristics of materials, using multiple advanced technologies and applying high-speed impact force and shear force to subject materials to high acceleration impact, friction, compression, cutting and other effects of the medium in the grinding cylinder, which can achieve ideal crushing effect in a very short time. The material becomes fluidized during the crushing process, so that each particle has the same stress state, achieving precise mixing (dispersion) effect while crushing. By adjusting parameters such as acceleration, it is possible to achieve operations with the goal of crushing and grinding or precision mixing (blending) as the main objective.
