Working principle of vibrating fluidized bed dryer
The material enters the machine through the feeding port, and under the action of vibration force, the material is thrown forward continuously in the horizontal direction. The hot air passes upward through the fluidized bed and exchanges heat with the wet material. The wet air is removed by the cyclone separator and discharged through the exhaust outlet, while the dry material is discharged through the exhaust outlet.
Characteristics of vibrating fluidized bed dryer
1. The material is heated evenly, with sufficient heat exchange and high drying intensity, saving about 30% energy compared to ordinary dryers.
2. The vibration source is driven by a vibration motor, which runs smoothly, is easy to maintain, has low noise, and has a long service life.
3. Fluidization is stable, with no dead corners or blowing through phenomena. The form and rate of openings in the bed are crucial. The final moisture content and yield can be controlled by amplitude and feeding amount.
4. Good adjustability and wide adaptability.
5. Small damage to the surface of the material, suitable for drying fragile materials, and does not affect the working effect even when the material particles are irregular. Significantly superior to fluidized bed
6. Adopting a fully enclosed structure effectively prevents cross contamination between materials and air, resulting in a clean working environment.
Application scope of vibrating fluidized bed dryer
1. Chemical and pharmaceutical industries: various tablet granules, including xylose, succinic acid, xylitol, mannitol, boric acid, borax, hydroquinone, malic acid, and maleic acid.
2. Food: alcohol, monosodium glutamate, sugar, casein, chicken essence, salt, slag, Douban, seeds
3. It can also be used for cooling and humidifying materials.
