Vertical fermentation tanks are mainly used for high-temperature aerobic fermentation of livestock and poultry manure, kitchen waste, domestic sludge and other waste materials. They utilize the activity of microorganisms to biodegrade the organic matter in the waste, achieving harmless, stable, reduced and resourceful utilization of integrated sludge treatment equipment. The working principle of the equipment is to mix waste (animal manure, kitchen waste, domestic sludge, etc.), biomass (straw, sawdust, etc.), and reflux materials in a certain proportion to achieve the design requirement of 60-65% moisture content before entering the three-dimensional aerobic system. By adjusting the moisture, oxygen content, and temperature changes of the raw materials, the materials undergo sufficient aerobic fermentation and decomposition. The heat released during the decomposition process can increase the temperature of the sludge itself, reaching a maximum temperature of 80 ℃. The moisture in the sludge evaporates with the increase of temperature, and some organic matter is decomposed, thereby reducing the volume of the pile and achieving waste reduction treatment. The organic fertilizer fermentation tank controls the temperature between 55~60 ℃ through ventilation, oxygenation, stirring, and other functions to achieve the optimal temperature for material fermentation treatment. At this temperature, a large number of pathogenic bacteria and parasites in the heap can die, and a deodorization system is used to produce a biological odor in the emitted gas, achieving the goal of harmless treatment. The product obtained after high-temperature aerobic fermentation can be used for soil improvement, landscaping, landfill covering, etc.
