The thermal aging test chamber is suitable for heat resistance testing of electrical insulation materials, as well as ventilation aging testing of electronic components and plasticized products.

Characteristics of Box Structure

The box body of the thermal aging test chamber is processed and formed by CNC machine tools, with a beautiful and novel shape, and adopts a non reactive handle for easy operation.

The inner lining of the box is made of imported high-grade stainless steel (SUS304) mirror panel or 304B argon arc welding, and the outer lining of the box is made of A3 steel plate spray painted, which increases the appearance texture and cleanliness.

The thermal aging test chamber adopts an intelligent program microcomputer controller with temperature control protection, with timing function, and precise and reliable temperature control.

The large observation window is equipped with lighting to keep the inside of the box bright, and tempered glass is used to clearly observe the condition inside the box at all times.

The hot air circulation system consists of fans that can operate continuously at high temperatures and special air ducts, ensuring uniform temperature in the working room.

The aging chamber device is equipped with a low-speed turntable.

The insulation of the box is made of ultra-fine glass fiber insulation cotton, which can avoid unnecessary energy loss.

There is a test hole with a diameter of 50mm on the left side of the box, which can be used for external testing power or signal lines.

The time and frequency of ventilation can be set arbitrarily.
