Variable spring support hanger
Detailed introduction:
There are four major series of variable spring supports and hangers, mainly including T1, T2, T3, T4, T5 series designed by Northwest Electric Power Design Institute, TH1, TH2, TH3 series designed by East China Electric Power Design Institute, TD series (JB/J8130.2-1999), and VS series designed by Chemical Design Institute. The basic characteristics of these series are the same, with a bearing capacity of 20daN-21000daN. The main structural forms include suspension, support, and parallel suspension support
1、 Purpose and principle
Spring support hangers are mainly used for steam and water pipelines or boiler equipment in power plants, as well as for generating thermal displacement and equipment devices during operation. Based on the stress conditions of the pipeline, the working and thermal displacement requirements of the spring support hanger are calculated and determined. Our factory will adjust the spring support hanger according to the design load: that is, the spring is preloaded and positioned at the designated cold load position; Simultaneously mark the theoretical working position in the cold state.
The spring support hanger is calibrated by the manufacturer before leaving the factory. After installation on pipelines and equipment, relevant thread adjustments are made to detach the designated pin. At this point, the actual load-bearing capacity of the spring is the cold load required by the design.
2、 T, TH structure form and model representation method:
This hanger is divided into three types based on installation form: intermediate connection hanger spring TH 1, upper and lower connection hanger spring TH 2, and bracket spring TH 3.
TH 1 is divided into three types: A, B, and C;
TH 1A (T1) is a single ear connection hanger spring;
TH 1B (T2) is a double ear connection hanger spring;
TH 1C is a threaded connection hanger spring;
These three types of springs are mainly used for hanging on steel beams, pipe beams, and base plates.
TH 2 (T3) is suitable for installation on steel beams;
TH 3 (T4) is mainly used for placing on foundations, steel beams, and floor slabs;
T5 parallel suspension type.
3、 VS and TD structural forms and model representation methods:
The variable spring support hanger is mainly composed of cylindrical spiral springs, displacement indicator plates, shells, and elastic nuts.
Variable spring supports and hangers are divided into seven types based on installation methods: A, B, C, D, E, F, and G.
Type A - Upper thread suspension type;
B-type - single ear suspension type;
Type C - Double ear suspension type;
D-type - upward adjustment idle type;
E-type - downward adjustment idle type;
F-type - supporting and resting type;
G-type - parallel suspension type
