The variable frequency permanent magnet drive system is a specialized drive system product independently developed and designed by the company, with variable frequency permanent magnet technology as the core. It has won the "Jiangsu Provincial Governor's Quality Award".

The system includes: variable frequency permanent magnet synchronous motor+variable frequency drive+PLC control device+self circulating water cooling device. Suitable for explosive environments such as ground and underground coal mines.

High efficiency, high power factor

Permanent magnet rotor, no rotor copper loss, efficiency>95%, 2% -5% higher than traditional asynchronous motors;

The efficiency and power factor curves are straight, maintaining high efficiency and efficiency factor within the load range of 20% -120%;

Low speed direct drive, no gearbox/hydraulic coupling, no intermediate transmission mechanical losses;

The system efficiency is 92%, which is about 10% higher than traditional systems and saves a lot of energy.

Permanent magnet rotors have no windings and a simple structure;

No vulnerable parts such as collector rings and carbon brushes;

Slow speed, longer bearing life;

The motor directly drives the workpiece without the need for a reducer;

Variable frequency control, flexible regulation

1. High starting torque, meeting the requirements for heavy-duty starting

Zero speed full torque start;

The maximum starting torque can reach 2.2 times the rated torque, making it easy to cope with the load conditions of low-speed heavy load starting of the mill.


2. Low starting current, no impact on the power grid, and protection of mechanical devices

The starting current is less than 1.2 times the rated current and has no impact on the power grid;
