The V600 vaporized hydrogen peroxide generator is a specialized equipment designed and manufactured for biological decontamination in clean spaces. It utilizes the advantage of hydrogen peroxide, which has a stronger ability to kill spores in a gaseous state than in a liquid state at room temperature, to generate free hydroxyl groups for attacking cellular components, including lipids, proteins, and DNA tissues, achieving the purpose of biological decontamination.
Performance characteristics
1. Adopting the latest generation VHPS dual channel flash evaporation module from Tailin, the vaporization efficiency is doubled compared to the previous generation product, and the processing space is larger;
2. Layout of gas outlets in 4 directions, with uniform distribution of hydrogen peroxide gas;
3. Easy to move, with a smaller volume compared to the previous generation, making it more convenient to use in clean areas;
4. Equipped with a printer to print real-time data during operation;
5. The control system has three levels of permissions: operator, supervisor, and administrator. Only authorized personnel are allowed to perform parameter settings and other related operations, meeting GMP requirements;
