The shell of the electric vacuum drying oven is stamped, folded, and welded from steel plates. The surface of the shell is treated with high-strength electrostatic spray coating, resulting in a smooth and firm paint film. The studio is made by folding and welding carbon steel plates or stainless steel plates, and insulation cotton is filled between the studio and the shell. There are sample shelves inside the studio for storing various test items, and mica heaters are installed around the outer walls of the studio. The door seal is sealed with silicone rubber strips, and the box door is equipped with a sight glass for observation. The evacuation and inflation of the electric vacuum drying oven are controlled by solenoid valves. The electrical box is located on the left or lower side of the box, and the front panel of the electrical box is equipped with vacuum gauges, temperature control instruments, and control switches. Electrical components are installed inside the electrical box.
