The purpose and characteristics of the product:
ZYF small bubble free vacuum filtration oil filling machine is a replenishment device for current transformers and voltage transformers (referred to as CT and PT) widely used in power systems. Due to periodic oil sample testing, oil samples need to be taken regularly, and the low oil level caused by the annual temperature drop, the oil level of CT and PT needs to be adjusted.
This machine solves the problem of air adsorption inside the CT and PT coils or false oil level caused by residual air, which was previously caused by manual piston type ramming pumps, nitrogen pressure injection, CT and PT top lifting of the expander appropriately, and direct manual oil replenishment.
This machine greatly reduces labor intensity and work difficulty due to its small size, reliable performance, and easy operation, ensuring the safe operation of the equipment.
The ZYF type small bubble free vacuum filtration oil injection machine is widely used for appropriate oil injection in various sizes of power plants, substations, CT, PT, and vacuum pumping of other containers.

Product Structure:
The ZYF small bubble free vacuum oiler is mainly composed of a vacuum pump, an oil pump, an oil storage flash tank, a primary filter, a float valve, and a control system.
Operation method:
Oil injection operation method:
① First, connect the power cord. First, connect one end of the oil inlet pipe to the quick connector at the inlet of the oil injector, and place the other end into the prepared qualified oil product. Then, connect the dedicated connector of the oil injector to CT or P
Connect the T oil outlet. Connect one end of the circulation pipe to the quick connector at the top of the dedicated joint, and the other end to the quick connector at the circulation port of the oil injector. Connect one end of the oil injection pipe to the dedicated joint
Connect to the quick connector at the bottom, and connect to the quick connector at the outlet of the oil injector at the other end.

⑤ Remove the connecting pipe of the oil filter circulation port and replace it with the quick connector of the oil inlet. Press the (vacuum) button and (oil storage) button to remove the connecting pipe of the oil outlet, so that the oil in the oil pipe is sucked up completely. Press the
(Stop) button, remove the dedicated connector, the entire process is complete.
Vacuum processing operation method:
First, connect the power cord. Connect one end of the oil pipe quick connector to the container being pumped, and the other end to the oil inlet of the oil injector. Then, press the (vacuum) button and (oil storage) button to start the vacuum pump, and the vacuum gauge pointer will rise to begin vacuum treatment of the container.
Vacuum oil filtration operation method:
First, connect the power cord. Place the oil inlet and outlet pipes into the storage container at the same time, press the (vacuum) button and (oil pump) button, start the vacuum pump and oil pump, and start circulating dehydration and filtration of the oil.
