1、 Product Features
The fiber ball filter is applicable to the deep purification treatment of surface water with turbidity no more than 100mg/1 in rivers, lakes and reservoirs; It is also suitable for the treatment of circulating water in swimming pools and the direct filtration of wastewater after biological treatment. It is more suitable for water supply in water scarce areas with tight water sources, making the effluent water transparent, clean, and hygienic. Meet the national drinking water quality standards.

Scope of Application
Suitable for pre-treatment of oilfield wastewater, industrial wastewater, heavy chemical solutions, deep treatment of wastewater, preparation of electronic pure water, side filtration and wastewater reuse, high standard water for electricity, circulating cooling water for air conditioning, other high-precision water, and circulating water for swimming pools.

5、 Working principle
Fiber ball filters mainly consist of cylindrical pressure vessels, supports, inlet holes, and connecting pipes. Their working principle can be divided into two stages: filtration and backwashing. During filtration, a certain amount of coagulant is added to the raw water, which is quickly mixed by the impeller of the water pump and enters the equipment for purification and filtration. As the filtration time continues, the amount of retained material on the filter layer gradually increases, and the head loss of the water flow through filtration will gradually increase. Generally, when the head reaches 5 meters, backwashing should be carried out. The method of backwashing is to adjust the opening and closing of the valve to allow the raw water to enter the original water outlet, and the sewage is discharged from the sewage outlet at the inlet. Before backwashing, air backwashing should be carried out for 5 minutes before entering the water backwash. After backwashing is completed, it can be put into normal operation.
