The VS-CT105D board type light strip slitting machine adopts a new lightweight design with a new board type, which can complete the micro shear stress cutting board stroke in one go. It is suitable for slitting PCB circuit boards and aluminum circuit boards with V-shaped grooves.

The product moves along the guide plate, with the lower circular blade actively rotating and the upper circular blade passively rotating, ensuring quality. The shear stress is reduced to a low level, suitable for cutting long strip substrates, and the speed is fast.

The cutting tool is made of high-speed steel precision grinding and can be repeatedly ground and used.

Cutting principle

Align the V-shaped groove of the V-CUT connecting plate to be cut with the guide plate of the lower cutting blade and translate it into the rotating circular blade. The circular blade rotates to separate the V-CUT connecting plate.
