VIAFLO 96 is a handheld 24 or 96 channel pipette suitable for all laboratory workbenches. The unique operating concept makes it as easy to use as traditional handheld pipettes.

VIAFLO 384

VIAFLO 384 is an enhanced version of the VIAFLO 96 pipette, continuing its intuitive operation and compact design, capable of using 24, 96, and 384 channel pipettes for higher efficiency.

Intuitive use

VIAFLO 96 and VIAFLO 384 are as easy to use as traditional handheld pipettes. No need for location programming or special training. Simply push lightly to move the pipette head to the desired position. The servo assisted control device can provide reliable support for movement, enabling easy workflow and precise gun head positioning.

Ten preset pipetting modes provide users with convenient solutions for the most common liquid handling tasks.

Standard daily liquid transfer tasks, such as plate to plate transfer or multiple liquid separations from storage tanks to different orifice plates, can be set up and executed in the shortest possible time.

For more refined pipetting procedures, up to 40 personalized custom programs can be created and saved.

Graphic user interface controlled by touch dialAll settings of the pipette can be easily modified.

Improve the speed of porous pipetting

VIAFLO 96 and 384 can transfer 24, 96, or 384 samples at once, providing unparalleled speed and making them ideal for fast and precise sample transfer from plate to plate, storage tank to well plate, or within the same well plate.

Taking filling 5 96 well plates as an example, VIAFLO 96 can be 4 times faster than an 8-channel electric pipette. In addition, the risk of pipetting errors is minimized, providing higher accuracy and precision.

Flexible range of measurement

Users only need to replace the pipettes of VIAFLO 96 and VIAFLO384 to ensure the best match between the range and the application being executed. The replacement of the pipette head is very easy and can be completed in one minute. Each channel of the pipette head is independent, equipped with a separate precision piston and sealed to eliminate any cross channel effects and achieve error free pipetting.

Small space requirements

With its compact design, this desktop system only requires a very small laboratory workbench space, suitable for most laminar flow workstations, and can work under sterile conditions. Up to three platform positions can accommodate gun head boxes, microplates, reagent storage tanks, or other SBS sized laboratory standard vessels. Up to 8 microplates can be stacked to maximize the utilization of the platform position.

GripTips provide reliable pipetting results

A secure connection and reliable sealing of the pipette tip are essential for repeatable and error free pipetting.

VIAFLO 96 and VIAFLO 384 use advanced GripTip systems. During the loading process, the GripTip pipette tip will be locked onto the tip connector of the pipette tip, ensuring that it will not accidentally detach even during wall touching operations. In addition, the system can provide perfect sealing for each connected gun head, preventing uneven liquid transfer or sample spillage.

Simply press the button to activate the power assist device, effortlessly loading and ejecting GripTips. The loading process can also prevent users from touching GripTips, keeping them sterile.

GripTips offers non sterile, sterile, and sterile belt filtration configurations to meet the requirements of all applications. GripTips with filtration can reliably protect the pipette head and sample from aerosol contamination.

According to different ranges of pipette tips, GripTips are packaged in two different tip boxes. 300 μ l and 1250 μ l GripTips with larger ranges are packaged in 96 gun head boxes. The 12.5 μ l and 125 μ l GripTips with smaller ranges are packaged in space saving 384 gun head boxes. These XYZ gun head boxes can accommodate four times the number of gun heads and are molded from anti-static materials to prevent static electricity accumulation.

GripTips used for VIAFLO 96 and VIAFLO 384 undergo strict quality control to ensure that the pipette tip is completely straight and achieves precise liquid separation.
