Product Introduction:

The CXM series ultrafine vertical grinder is an advanced grinding equipment designed and developed by our company based on years of production experience in various grinding machines, drawing extensively on domestic and foreign ultrafine grinding theories. It is a professional equipment in the ultrafine powder industry that integrates ultrafine powder grinding, grading, and transportation in one go. It can be widely used in industries such as chemical, metallurgical, non-metallic minerals, etc. We can grind brittle materials with a Mohs hardness of 5 or below, a density of 3.2 or below, a compressive strength of 150Mpa or below, non flammable and non explosive minerals, and non corrosive granular and powdered raw materials into the required (325-2500 mesh) ultrafine powder. Commonly applicable materials include calcium carbonate, calcite, barium sulfate, talc, wollastonite, pyrophyllite, dolomite, graphite, kaolin, limestone, etc.

The CXM series ultrafine vertical mill is mainly composed of an electric motor, a reducer, a grinding roller device, a grinding disc device, a pressure device, a powder selector, a machine body, an oil station, and a host PLC electronic control system. The main motor drives the grinding disc to rotate through the reducer, and at the same time, air enters the vertical mill body from the air inlet. The material falls into the center of the grinding disc through the discharge port of the spiral feeder. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material moves uniformly from the center to the edge of the grinding disc. When passing through the grinding roller area on the grinding disc, it is crushed by the grinding roller, and large pieces of material are directly crushed. Fine particles are squeezed and form a material bed for inter particle crushing. The crushed material continues to move towards the edge of the grinding disc until it is carried away by the strong airflow at the wind ring, while larger particles fall back onto the grinding disc for further crushing. When the material in the airflow passes through the upper separator, the coarse particles return to the grinding disc for grinding under the action of the rotor blades. The qualified fine powder is discharged from the grinding with the airflow and collected by the system's powder collector. The collected powder is the product ground by the vertical mill. When iron blocks and other impurities mixed with the material move to the edge of the grinding disc, they cannot be blown up by the wind due to their heavy weight and fall into the lower chamber of the mill. They are scraped into the slag discharge outlet and discharged outside the machine by the scraper plate installed at the bottom of the grinding disc. By adjusting the speed of the rotor of the multi head powder selector, qualified products with different fineness can be obtained. By adjusting the pressure of the hydraulic system, the roller grinding pressure can be adjusted to adapt to materials of different hardness within a certain range.

Technical advantages:

(1) The principle of material layer grinding ensures high whiteness and clarity of the product

The ultrafine vertical grinder adopts the principle of vertical abrasive layer grinding, which shortens the residence time of materials in the mill and reduces repeated grinding. The product contains very little iron, and when used for grinding white or transparent materials, the whiteness and clarity of the product are high. The grinding curve of the specially designed roller sleeve and lining plate makes it easier to form a powder abrasive layer.

(2)The grinding roller is lubricated separately, with dual pump oil supply

The lubrication of the grinding roller adopts a separate lubrication station, and the single grinding roller circuit adopts a dual pump mode with simultaneous pump suction operation. This not only ensures sufficient lubrication and cooling of the grinding roller bearings, but also guarantees that there will be no excessive oil accumulation in the grinding roller bearing chamber, which may cause leakage.

(3)Efficient powder selection process,Can achieve the required fineness in one go

The ultra-fine vertical grinder adopts the principle of Swedish multi head powder selection machine, and each rotor can be variable frequency controlled. The fineness of the finished product can be achieved within the selected range without the need for secondary air selection and grading, and there is no presence of waste material. The finished product has a particle size of less than 2 μ m, with a high content of particles up to 70%, and a low residue of 325 mesh. It is also suitable for secondary sorting to obtain finer particle sizes.

(4) PLC automation control, variable frequency speed regulation, energy-saving and efficient

The grinding roller pressure control method adopts PLC automatic control, and the grinding pressure is precisely controlled without manual operation. The host PLC electrical control system coordinates and commands the electrical components within the host range in an orderly manner. The host speed adopts variable frequency speed regulation, which saves energy consumption by 30% to 50% compared to any other form of grinder, and has excellent economic benefits.
