The fume hood is equipped with an independent fume hood control system, which includes variable air volume valves, displacement sensors, fume hood controllers, area presence sensors, electric door systems, etc. to complete variable air volume exhaust control. By using displacement sensors to calculate the height of the fume hood door opening, and in the variable air volume valve controller, the fume hood exhaust volume is quickly and stably adjusted based on the current fume hood exhaust area to ensure the required surface wind speed of 0.5m/s. The ventilation cabinet adopts an energy-saving management method of variable air volume control. When someone is working in front of the ventilation cabinet, the face wind speed is maintained at 0.5m/s; When no one is working, it automatically switches to standby mode. When the opening position of the fume hood door changes, the face wind speed remains at 0.5m/s. When using the fume hood, the exhaust volume in the entire ventilation system is not affected and responds within 1 second. The ventilation touch screen control panel displays the current operating status of the fume hood and supports emergency exhaust control energy-saving mode. The face wind speed is 0.5m/s when operated by someone, and 0.3m/s when unmanned. Through the cooperation of sensors, the automatic adjustment of the fume hood window door is achieved.
