High speed centrifugal spray drying is a widely used process in liquid process forming and drying industry [3].

Powder and granular solid products are generated from solution, lotion, suspension and paste liquid raw materials. Therefore, when the particle size distribution, residual moisture content, bulk density and particle shape of the finished product must meet the standards, spray drying is a very ideal process.

working principle
The working process of this unit involves the high-pressure input of material liquid through a diaphragm pump, spraying mist like droplets, and then flowing down in parallel with hot air. Most of the powder particles are collected by the bottom discharge port of the tower, and the exhaust gas and its small powder are separated by a cyclone separator. The exhaust gas is discharged by a suction fan, and the powder is collected by a pollination tube located at the lower end of the cyclone separator. The fan outlet can also be equipped with a secondary dust removal device, with a recovery rate of over 96-98%.
