1.1. Product Overview
The ZYMC-350 underground pipeline monitoring microsystem is the second-generation intelligent multi parameter online water quality hydrological monitoring instrument developed by Zhengyuan Environment for pipeline monitoring. The system integrates automation, real-time, and intelligence. This instrument is mainly used as a multi parameter integrated system for collecting hydrological and water quality data. It can install up to 6 water quality sensors and 3 hydrological plug and play sensors to obtain water quality and hydrological parameter data, and is equipped with an automatic cleaning brush. Each sensor measures its own parameters through different electrochemical, optical, or physical detection methods. Each interface can connect to any positive element sensor and automatically identify its type. The system directly outputs 485 Modbus format data, which can be transmitted to the monitoring center and environmental management department through wireless terminals such as GPRS/WIFI. Staff can conduct remote monitoring in the monitoring center or office, receive real-time data reports at any time, and achieve remote unmanned operation.
The instrument can remotely set liquid level alarm thresholds (such as low liquid level, full pipe, high liquid level, ultra-high liquid level, overflow and liquid level, etc.), flow rate thresholds (such as reverse flow, low flow rate, high flow rate), flow rate thresholds (such as low flow rate, high flow rate, ultra-high flow rate), various water quality parameters, and battery management related information according to actual on-site needs. When the threshold is exceeded, an alarm message will be sent in real-time. Support automatic storage of data transmission failures, and automatically supplement historical data when communication is restored to ensure data integrity. In standard working mode, it can store 3 years of historical data per minute, including data per minute for dozens of elements. Support reporting data to both the primary server and backup server simultaneously to ensure no data leakage. The equipment needs to support on-site short-range configuration and maintenance; It is also necessary to support viewing device data through cloud configuration, changing device parameters, firmware updates, and verifying the legality of parameters issued in the cloud.

The communication between the data collection and transmission gateway and the platform follows the SL651-2014 0 hydrological protocol and MQTT protocol;

Self powered, ultra long battery life, capable of external expansion battery, external battery can charge internal battery, preset switch, switch can select the use of external or internal battery. The device supports low battery alarm, which will be sent in real-time when the battery power supply is insufficient.
1.3. Measurable parameters
Water level, flow rate, flow rate, water temperature, pH,ORP, Dissolved oxygen, turbidity (suspended solids, transparency), conductivity (TDS/salinity), COD, Ammonia nitrogen, chlorophyll a, blue-green algae, CDOM, Oil in water, etc.
