When TeraSense's ultrafast detector is excited by a 200 nJ 1 ps laser pulse, its measurement range is 0.1 to 3 THz. The corresponding frequency of the detector is not continuous and is obtained by processing multiple frequency bands (peaks) to obtain response curves. The corresponding curves of the frequency bands can be customized according to customer needs.
TeraSense also launches high-sensitivity detectors (response time: 1 μ s; Sensitivity of 10V/W).
