Tecnotion's non iron core linear motor family has received praise for its smooth motion and reliable performance. In addition to smaller non iron core motors such as UC, UM, UL, Tecnotion released the first higher horsepower non iron core linear motor in 2004. The UX12 with 2460N horsepower opened the way for the creation of larger horsepower non iron core motors. In response to this demand, Tecnotion developed the UXX, an excellent non iron core motor that can reach 4200N horsepower. The UXX motor with a controlled cooling system is suitable for heavy-duty applications, such as production equipment for flat screens. In short, UXX provides a manufacturer's solution for manufacturing processes that require maximum power while avoiding tooth set effects or magnetic influences.
