As a unit with a high safety level, thermal power plants have strict management requirements for personnel working in the work area. However, due to the huge size of the factory area, traditional personnel management methods are no longer able to meet the requirements of high-level security monitoring. Currently, there is an urgent need to use new technological means to effectively monitor personnel at all levels, achieve daily safety management, and provide effective rescue in case of emergencies.

Project requirements:
1. Realize full UWB signal coverage in all areas of the main factory building, hydrogen production station, power center, etc
2. The accuracy of important areas is 20cm, while the accuracy of other areas can be greater than 30cm
3Wear UWB tags on operation and maintenance personnel, vehicles, and related equipment to achieve high-precision positioning throughout the entire area. Linking location data with high-definition pan tilt video surveillance to achieve automatic video tracking, and combining with GIS to achieve virtual reality monitoring;

The specific requirements for personnel precise positioning function are as follows:
(1) Require the ability to achieve high-precision personnel positioning with a positioning accuracy of less than 50cm.
(2) Realize real-time visualization of the location of on-site personnel for active positioning and recognition.
(3) The system can reliably identify static or moving targets with a speed of ≤ 20m/s.
(4) According to the rules set by the system, certain areas are restricted and can only be accessed by authorized personnel or devices during designated time periods. If the positioning device in the area detects unauthorized entry by personnel or equipment, an alarm will be issued.

4. Personnel walking trajectory replay

The system provides real-time recording of personnel location information and implements the following query and statistical functions:
(1) Search for personnel information on the production site based on the personnel information entered by the administrator;
(2) Present the walking trajectory of on-site production personnel in a 3D model of the power plant, achieve full playback, standardize the inspection process, and optimize the inspection route.

5. Dynamic management of special occupations

The system provides detailed registration for personnel in special occupations. Special occupations require registration of the validity period of the special operation certificate. The system notifies the relevant construction unit responsible person and the safety and quality department 30 days before the expiration of the special occupation certificate. When the special occupation reaches the validity period, the access control permission is locked and cannot be used. A valid certificate must be presented to the supervisor or safety and quality department for unlocking operation.
