1、 Product Overview:

Under the irradiation of ultraviolet light, nanomaterials convert light energy into chemical energy, promoting the synthesis or degradation of organic matter, which is known as photocatalytic oxidation technology. This process is also called photocatalysis, so photocatalytic technology is also called photocatalytic oxidation technology.
2、 Technical Introduction:
Ozone generated by the reaction of high-energy ultraviolet beams with air and TiO2· OH (hydroxyl radical) synergistically decomposes and oxidizes odorous organic gases. At the same time, the chain structure of macromolecular organic gases is broken under the action of ultraviolet light, transforming odorless organic gas substances into low molecular weight compounds or completely oxidizing them, generating water and CO2. The entire decomposition and oxidation process is completed within 1 second.
3、 Technical features:
1. Efficient Odor Removal: It can efficiently remove major pollutants such as volatile organic compounds (VOCs), inorganic substances, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, thiols, as well as various odors. The deodorization efficiency can reach over 95%, and the deodorization effect meets the national first-class standard for odor pollutant emissions (GB14554-93).
2. No need to add any substances: just set up the corresponding exhaust duct and exhaust power, so that the gas to be treated can be oxidized, decomposed and purified through this equipment, without adding any substances to participate in chemical reactions.
3. Strong adaptability: It can adapt to the deodorization and purification treatment of high concentrations, atmospheric quantities, and different odorous gases. It can work continuously 24 hours a day and operate stably and reliably.
4. Low operating cost: This equipment has no mechanical action, no noise, no need for dedicated management and daily maintenance, only requires regular inspections. The energy consumption of this equipment is low, and the air resistance is extremely low<700Pa, which can save a lot of exhaust power energy consumption.
