The UTD-CZ electric float liquid level transmitter is a new type of liquid level measuring instrument developed and assembled using advanced foreign technology and components. The instrument uses a dedicated instrument measurement circuit to solve the problems of unstable and unreliable performance of discrete components and thick film circuits. The UTD-CZ electric float liquid level transmitter can be used to measure liquid level, boundary and density. It not only has the common function of outputting 4-20mA standard current signals, but also can access the information needed by users during process operation at any time using the HART communication protocol. Users can calibrate it at any point on the transmission line. Adding three buttons makes it easy to calibrate and configure the instrument.

| Structural principle: |
The UTD-CZ series intelligent electric float level transmitter is composed of a level controller, a float measurement chamber, and an outer cylinder. The float is immersed in the liquid in the float measurement chamber and rigidly connected to the torque tube system. Changes in the liquid level, density, and boundary position of the measured liquid cause changes in the position of the inner float tube, which are transmitted to the torque tube component to rotate. The rotation of the torque tube component is transmitted to the lever component in the level controller. The rotational motion is converted into a voltage signal by the differential transmitter and electrical components, and the voltage signal is converted into a digital signal by the analog-to-digital converter and sent to the microprocessor. The microprocessor outputs the liquid level change and the corresponding 4-20mA standard DC signal and digital signal in accordance with the HART communication protocol.
