UHZN viscous magnetic float level gauge is mainly used to measure the liquid level or boundary position of viscous media (such as sulfur, asphalt, crude oil, residue oil, tar, wax oil, etc.) in atmospheric pressure and pressurized containers such as storage tanks, towers, tanks, and tanks. This level gauge has a heat tracing jacket structure and a top mounted structure without a heat tracing jacket. If a liquid level alarm switch and a remote transmitter are installed on the instrument, remote control, automatic detection, and recording can be achieved.

The heat tracing jacket structure adopts a unique structural form inside the measuring tube, effectively overcoming the influence of viscous media on the up and down movement of the float
The top mounted structure without a heat tracing jacket has a certain blind spot value during measurement due to structural reasons, and the blind spot value varies for different medium densities. When the instrument leaves the factory, the zero position of the scale can be moved to the actual value.
