Overview:

The UHZF float type magnetic float level gauge combines the characteristics of a magnetic float level gauge and a float level gauge. It is mainly used for measuring and controlling the liquid level or boundary of normal and low-pressure storage tanks, and is particularly suitable for situations with a large measurement range, high viscosity, and strong corrosion. If a liquid level alarm switch and a remote transmitter are installed on the instrument, remote control, automatic detection, and recording can be achieved.
Structural principle:

This liquid level gauge has a floating ball that floats up and down with the liquid level inside the container. It drives the heavy hammer to slide up and down through a rope and pulley assembly to flip the indicator magnetic flap, thereby continuously indicating the liquid level of the medium inside the container. According to the connection method between the float and the rope, it is possible to achieve forward and reverse reading of the liquid level gauge indication. Positive reading means that when the liquid level rises, the heavy hammer of the liquid level gauge slides from bottom to top, and the zero position of the indicator scale is at the bottom; Reverse reading means that when the liquid level rises, the heavy hammer of the liquid level gauge slides from top to bottom, and the zero position of the indicator scale is on top. Large measurement range, clear indication, convenient observation, intuitive reading, and no blind spots in the entire measurement process.
