Disassembly and assembly:
1Before trial operation, the coupling should be manually rotated to check if it rotates smoothly and if the steering is correct.
2. Open the inlet valve to supply the liquid source. If there is no liquid injection height, the pump must be filled with liquid first.
3. Connect the shaft cooling water.
4. Start the motor to operate the pump and promptly open the outlet valve.
5. When shutting down, first close the outlet valve, then cut off the power and stop supplying cooling water to the sealing area.
Maintenance and upkeep:
1. Regularly check the temperature rise of the pump and motor, replace the lubricating oil (grease) in the bearing seat regularly, and replace vulnerable parts.
2. When the pump is not in use for a long time, the flow channel inside the pump should be cleaned and the power should be cut off. Pay attention to antifreeze in winter.
3. Keep the pump body clean to prevent the motor from getting damp.
4. It is strictly prohibited to idle or reverse.
