The U G X series quartz glass tube level gauge with flushing function can directly measure the liquid level of various media in containers, especially suitable for measuring the liquid level of opaque, colored, dirty, wall hanging, and frequently flushed media. It can achieve monochrome, vapor red liquid green dual color, and green, red, and blue tri color display. And it can achieve seamless display throughout the entire process. This series of instruments has the advantages of clear display, good sealing performance, long service life, easy installation and maintenance, and can easily achieve online flushing. It is widely used in various industrial fields such as petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy, natural gas, military and food.

Structural principle:

The U G X series viscous hanging wall quartz glass tube level gauge is made by adding an online flushing device on the basis of the U G K J wide liquid chamber jacket level gauge. The flange of the liquid level gauge is connected to the flange on the container to form a connector. Using the principle of the connector, the liquid level of various media in the container can be directly observed through a quartz tube. In the gas phase, natural light directly passes through the quartz tube and is emitted from the visible window. In the liquid phase, natural light directly passes through the quartz tube and is absorbed by the opaque colored medium, presenting the natural color of the medium. In this way, the interface between gas and liquid can be clearly distinguished.
