The U-G Q series boiler drum specific quartz glass tube water level gauge is made of specially designed high-temperature and high-pressure resistant quartz tubes. Used to measure the water level of the steam drum in high-temperature and high-pressure boilers. It can achieve dual color display of vapor red liquid green with the help of red green glass, and has the advantages of clear display, simple structure, high temperature and high pressure resistance, good sealing performance, long service life, easy installation, operation and maintenance, adjustable visual direction and center distance. This series of products is widely used for measuring various industrial fields such as petroleum, chemical, natural gas, metallurgy, electricity, military, and food.

Structural principle:

The U-G Q series boiler drum specific quartz glass tube water level gauge mainly consists of quartz glass tube, body, red and green glass, water column tube, upper and lower valves, and drain valve and other components. The flange of the water level gauge is connected to the flange on the steam drum to form a connector, which uses the principle of the connector and the optical principle of natural light reflection and refraction in water to display the liquid level. If the water level gauge needs to be observed at night or the installation location has poor lighting, our company's lighting fixtures can be installed to make the observation effect clearer and more suitable for night patrols. The upper and lower valves adopt high-temperature and high-pressure eccentric right angle needle valves, which are resistant to high temperatures and pressures and have good sealing performance. The observation window of the liquid level gauge is protected by high-strength explosion-proof glass. When the quartz tube accidentally bursts, the high-strength explosion-proof glass can block the strong impact of high temperature and high pressure steam and broken glass, effectively protecting the safety of the operator.
