1、 Product Overview
The magnetic float type liquid level gauge is installed on the extension pipe outside the tank, and the liquid level inside the tank can be clearly indicated by the flap indicator. A magnetic switch can also be installed on the outside of the bypass pipe as an electrical contact signal output, or a liquid level transmitter can be installed for long-distance liquid level signal transmission and liquid level control. This level gauge is a reliable safety instrument. Due to its magnetic coupling isolation and sealed structure. Especially suitable for detecting flammable, explosive, corrosive and toxic liquid levels. Thus, the liquid level detection method in the original complex environment becomes simple, reliable, and safe. The liquid level gauge has a direct reading feature for on-site display. No need for multiple sets of liquid level gauges to be combined. It has a single unit for full range measurement. The device has advantages such as fewer openings, clear display, prominent markings, and intuitive readings. When the liquid level gauge is directly equipped with a display instrument, the intermediate transmission of the system signal detection can be eliminated to improve its transmission accuracy.

2、 Working principle
An extension bypass pipe is installed on the outside of the bucket, and a liquid level indicator is installed outside the bypass pipe. A floating ball with a magnet is placed inside the bypass pipe. As the magnetic color plate contains a magnet with opposite magnetic properties to the floating ball, it will attract the magnetic color plate to flip when it rises. The color of the magnetic color plate will change from white to red (or silver to gold) to indicate the actual liquid level height.
3、 Characteristics and applicable locations
1. Suitable for high temperature, high pressure, strong acid, strong alkali and explosion-proof requirements, the structure is simple, reliable and durable, and can be equipped with various optional accessories to make control easier.
2. Install a liquid level transmitter and magnetic switch, which can be installed or adjusted at any time without stopping the machine.
If the power supply is interrupted, the on-site magnetic switch is not affected and has high accuracy.
4. Add a color swatch of a different color every 10 centimeters to make the liquid level easy to identify.
5. Suitable for dyeing and finishing equipment, wastewater treatment, power plants, chemical equipment, hot kerosene boilers, and petrochemical industries.
Structural characteristics
1.Basic type
And for the on-site display type, the liquid level gauge moves up and down with the rise and fall of the liquid level in the measuring tube based on the principle of buoyancy. The permanent magnetic steel inside the float drives the red and white flip columns to flip 180 degrees through magnetic coupling. When the liquid level rises, the flip column changes from white to red, and when it falls, it changes from red to white, thus indicating the liquid level.
2. Upper and lower limit switches
By using a magnetic float to move with the liquid level, the reed switch installed at the set position of the liquid level gauge riser is activated to achieve ON-OFF control or alarm. Only a single switch can be equipped according to customer needs, or multiple switches can be equipped to achieve multi-point alarm and control of liquid level.
3. Electric remote transmission
Install on the magnetic float level gauge
TransmitterImplement 4-20mA remote signal output function. The transmitter consists of two parts: a sensor and a converter. It moves up and down through a magnetic float and uses magnetic coupling to sequentially move the measuring elements inside the conduit, obtaining changes in resistance signals and converting them into standard current signals ranging from 0 to 10mA or 4 to 20mA for output. These signals are then connected to digital display instruments or computers for remote display.
Type selection:
Steam jacket and water circulation jacket: It is to add a layer of cylinder outside the main tube of the liquid level gauge for the circulation of steam, circulating water or thermal oil;
Vacuum jacket: It is a layer of vacuum cylinder added outside the main tube of the liquid level gauge to insulate the measured medium from the outside;
Electric jacket: It is a type of electric heating coil wrapped around the main tube of the liquid level gauge, which is energized to heat the medium;
Users can use remote transmitters according to engineering needs to achieve local digital display and output4~20mAThe standard remote transmission electrical signal is used to meet the needs of recording instruments or industrial process control. It can also be used in conjunction with magnetic control switches or proximity switches to monitor liquid level alarms or control inlet and outlet equipment.
