• The 9-19 series centrifugal fans are generally used for high-pressure forced ventilation in industries such as forging furnaces, glass, electroplating, ceramics, batteries, and radio. They can also be widely used for material transportation in processing industries such as grain, feed, and mineral powder. It is also suitable for supporting use in cardboard machinery equipment, tempered glass equipment, and other related fields. The medium being transported is air and other non self igniting, harmless, and non corrosive gases. Viscous substances are not allowed in the gas. Generally, the temperature used for ventilation should not exceed 80 ℃, and the dust and hard particles contained should not exceed ≤ 150mg/m3.
  The 9-19 series centrifugal fan can be made of 316 stainless steel material and is used to transport corrosive gases or high-temperature gases ≤ 500 ℃. Its performance and size are the same.

  This ventilation fan is a single suction type. There are mainly five machine numbers: No. 4, 4.5, 5, 5.6, and 6.3.
  The ventilation fan can be made in two ways: right-handed and left-handed. When viewed from the motor end, the impeller rotates clockwise to form a right cyclone, indicated by "right"; On the contrary, it is' left '.
  The outlet position of the fan is represented by the outlet angle of the casing, and both "left" and "right" can be adjusted to 6 angles: 0 °, 45 °, 90 °, 135 °, 180 °, and 225 °.

  Impeller: The 9-19 type fan has 12 blades, which are forward curved blades. They are welded with bladeless diffusers, discs, and wheel covers, and have undergone static and dynamic balance correction. They have good aerodynamic performance and smooth rotation.
  Shell: Made of high-quality steel plates welded into a snail shaped shell as a whole, the snail tongue of the shell adopts a new type of noise reduction structure, which has good noise reduction effect and can be made of stainless steel according to user requirements.
