The selection of the worm gear reducer frame is generally based on the size of the reducer output shaft diameter to determine the frame model. As long as the interface form and size match, the output shaft size of the reducer can be used for up and down floating support of the frame model within the rated range. If a rack with a connecting plate is selected, if the installation size of the worm gear reducer does not match the rack, the connection between the connecting plate and the reducer can be adjusted within the rated range to meet the user's requirements. The machine reinforcement itself has a non shaft support point, and the mixing shaft is supported by two bearing supports of the output shaft of the turbine reducer as the force fulcrum, which can be used to transmit small power, without or only subjected to small axial loads, and with less intense mixing in the mixing device.
1. When using a turbine reducer, do not hammer the reducer housing with gravity to avoid damage; Regularly inspect and install foundations, seals, transmission shafts, etc. to ensure they are functioning properly. When used normally, the higher temperature of the lubricating oil should be less than 85 ℃. When the oil temperature changes abnormally and produces abnormal noise, the machine must be stopped immediately for inspection and troubleshooting before continuing to use.
2. Start using or replacing the worm gear pair, and replace the lubricating oil after running for 150-400 hours. When changing the oil in the future, the worm gear reducer cycle should be less than or equal to 4000 hours. The oil injection amount must be in accordance with the requirements of the table. Different grades of oil are prohibited from being mixed, and oils with the same grade but different viscosities are allowed to be mixed.
3. Regularly check the amount and quality of oil, retain sufficient lubricating oil, and promptly replace oil mixed with impurities or deteriorated. The working environment temperature of the reducer is -40 to+40 ℃. When the ambient temperature is below 0 ℃, the lubricating oil must be heated to above 0 ℃ or low freezing point lubricating oil should be used before starting.
1. Multiple installation forms can be adopted according to actual requirements, and all six surfaces can be installed.
2. The installation must be firm and reliable.
3. The working mechanisms of the prime mover and reducer must be carefully aligned, and the error must not exceed the allowable tolerance of the coupling used.
4. After installation, rotate it by hand and it should be flexible without any jamming phenomenon.
