1、 Scope of application
Suitable for rapid surface drying of solvent based inks and drying of objects containing moisture; Widely applicable to industries such as printing, electronics, plastics, silicone, food, and chemicals.

2、 Main performance and configuration
1. Box shaped split design, with a total drying channel length of 3m. The drying section is divided into 1 section (2m is 1 section), each section is further divided into 9 heating pipes, with a distance of 175mm between each heating pipe. The drying channel is 500m wide, with 0.5m for each feeding port and 500m for the mesh belt width. The discharge port is 0.5m
2. The heating tube is installed on the upper part and is installed in parallel
3. The transmission system adopts variable frequency speed regulation technology, with a 0.75KW/1:60 gearbox variable frequency motor imported from Taiwan, and a conveying speed adjustable from 0-25m/min
4. The transmission belt material is imported PTFE mesh belt
5. The net height of the heating zone in the drying oven is 200mm (each heating zone adopts fan thermal circulation) Each heating section is controlled by an independent temperature control detector ±3℃
6. According to the different items being dried, in order to ensure that the mesh belt can withstand the maximum weight, a rolling roller is installed every 300mm
7. All heating tubes are Taiwan made ceramic far-infrared lamps with high temperature control accuracy
8. The power supply for the drying oven is three-phase 380V/50HZ, and the lamp voltage is 380V/50HZ
9. The maximum temperature in the drying oven workspace cannot be lower than: room temperature -250 ℃
10 Electrical Components: Temperature controllers, buttons, intermediate relays, and AC contactors all use imported accessories such as Schneider and Omron.
