1、 System Overview
The tunnel access control system is a management system successfully developed based on the second-generation wireless radio frequency (RFID) identification technology platform, combined with advanced communication, computer, and network technologies. It adopts the most advanced 0.18uM microwave chip technology currently available internationally. The system integrates functions such as attendance of tunnel construction personnel, area positioning, safety warning, video monitoring, LED screen display, post disaster first aid, and daily management. It is also a domestically leading, stable, and professionally designed intelligent monitoring system for tunnel construction safety.
Management personnel can always grasp the distribution of personnel and equipment on the construction site, as well as the movement trajectory of each personnel and equipment, which facilitates more reasonable scheduling and management. When an accident occurs, rescue personnel can also quickly understand the location of relevant personnel based on the data and graphics provided by the intelligent system of this tunnel, take corresponding rescue measures in a timely manner, and improve the efficiency of emergency rescue work.

1. Pedestrian access control
Install pedestrian channel gates at the tunnel entrance, and set up two facial recognition systems for measuring the gates. When construction personnel need to enter the tunnel, they must first undergo successful facial recognition before swiping their card to enter the tunnel. The method for exiting the cave is the same.
2. Vehicle access control
Install a vehicle passage gate in the tunnel and measure the installation of a remote Bluetooth sensor. When the vehicle enters the tunnel, the Bluetooth sensor scans the Bluetooth card installed in the car and sends a command to open the gate. The gate will automatically open and the vehicle will smoothly pass through the thick gate. The device is equipped with anti smashing car coils. When the vehicle passes slowly, the gate will not automatically fall down. The system comes with a remote control, which can be used to lift the pole in case of network issues.
3. LED display function
By swiping a card to display the identity information of labor workers on the LED subtitle screen, security personnel can supervise and control in real time, strictly prevent non staff personnel from entering the site, and effectively control the safety hazards and incidents caused by non local labor entering the site.
4. Video Photography
Cards correspond to people one by one, leaving historical data records that can be backed up for investigation, avoiding illegal possession of someone else's card and passing the checkpoint. Effective video recording to prevent unauthorized personnel from entering production sites, eliminate and reduce unnecessary economic burdens caused by unclear human factors.

1. The separation of people and vehicles has been achieved, with each vehicle following its own path, improving the safety of construction;
2. Facilitate the management of on-site personnel and vehicles by managers;
3. Use identification cards carried by personnel and vehicles to facilitate the counting of personnel inside the tunnel;
4. Prevent unrelated personnel from entering the tunnel;
5. Voice prompt function. Unlike the voice alarm in the previous alarm module, voice prompt is mainly used to assist in reminding pedestrians of relevant information, such as prompts, welcome messages, etc.
During the tunnel construction process, construction personnel and transport vehicles enter and exit the tunnel back and forth, and there are no strict management measures on site, resulting in chaotic management and significant safety hazards. It is common for unrelated personnel to enter the tunnel. How to change the outdated management mode of safety management in tunnel construction process and achieve modernization and informatization of management has become an important research topic for managers.
