1. Product Overview

The GLC series is a new type of high-efficiency tubular oil cooler developed based on foreign data, suitable for hydraulic lubrication systems in metallurgy, mining, chemical, power, machine tool, light industry, and plastic bench industries, cooling their working medium to the specified temperature.

The tubular oil cooler consists of a shell, front cover, rear cover, cooling core, etc. The cooling core consists of heat exchange tubes, fixed tube plates, floating tube plates, splitter plates, and support rods. The heat exchange tubes are made of copper finned tubes, with one end of the tube bundle fixed and the other end floating, effectively avoiding structural failures caused by thermal expansion. The cooling pipe can be extracted from the housing for easy inspection, cleaning, and maintenance.

The tubular oil cooler of this model has the characteristics of small volume, light weight, novel structure, and significant heat transfer effect, and its performance reaches the level of similar foreign products.

5. Precautions

① Before the dirty medium passes through the cooler, there should be a filter.

② It is best to install it in a separate loop with circulation, as the pressure at the tail end is relatively low.

③ During operation, both loop circuits require exhaust to achieve high efficiency and prevent rusting of the circuits.

④ Connect the cold medium first, then the hot medium to avoid generating significant thermal pressure.

⑤ The pressure of the cooled medium should be greater than that of the cooling medium.

⑥ Cooling water is usually fresh water (special orders are required when using seawater for cooling).

⑦ Regularly exhaust and clean at regular intervals.

⑧ In cold seasons and when the cooler is not working, the water must be drained to prevent freezing and cracking.
