Application characteristics of XDY-200 inverted fluorescence microscope
The XDY-200 inverted fluorescence microscope has four excitation bands of B, G, V, and UV, and uses an excellent infinite optical system. It can be used for microscopic observation of live cells and tissues, fluids, precipitates, etc. in culture bottles or dishes, as well as for fluorescence microscopic observation of unstained transparent live organisms and fluorescent sections.
The instrument consists of a falling fluorescence microscopy system and an inverted biological microscopy system, equipped with a long working distance flat field objective lens and a large field of view eyepiece, and a rotating swing in swing out focusing system. It can observe uncontaminated cultured cells in high culture dishes or cylindrical flasks. The falling fluorescence microscopy system adopts a modular design concept, which can safely and quickly adjust the illumination system and switch the fluorescence filter components. The XDY-200 infinite inverted fluorescence microscope is a preferred equipment for fluorescence research in biology, cytology, oncology, genetics, immunology, and other fields.
