Introduction to Full Load Transport of Sending Tanks

This method is usually used for long pipeline distances and for very fine, granular, abrasive, non abrasive, fragile, and difficult to transport materials. Such as carbon black, diamond sand, plastic pellets, and quartz sand.
This conveying method can be divided into batch feeding or continuous feeding conveying systems, which are composed of single or multiple sending tanks, conveying pipelines, pipeline boosters, and electronic control parts.

The main feature that distinguishes this system from the above three conveying methods is that the conveying pipeline maintains a storage state from the beginning of conveying, and the conveying pipeline always remains fully loaded at the beginning and end of the conveying pipeline.

working principle
The material is added to the sending tank through the bell jar valve, double butterfly valve or expansion butterfly valve under the action of gravity, and the displaced air is released through the exhaust valve, making the feeding easier.
Once the material in the tank is filled (as indicated by the level gauge or weighing display, reaching 80% of the tank volume), the feed valve and exhaust valve are immediately closed and sealed. Then the intake valve opens and compressed air is added to the sending tank to replace the material. At this time, the booster along the pipeline is used for internal pressurized transportation.
When the sending tank is completely empty (as indicated by the level gauge), the supply of compressed air is immediately turned off and the material stops in the pipeline. At this point, open the feeding valve to feed into the tank, and the gas inside the tank is released through a special dedicated valve (which is in an open state during the feeding process). Due to the presence of materials in the conveying pipeline, the speed of re conveying is very slow compared to the three types of conveying mentioned above, making it very suitable for conveying abrasive and easily broken materials.
Due to the constant full load of the pipeline, there is no time loss in emptying and filling the pipeline, and the gas consumption is also low, making it more suitable for long-distance transportation of a single type of material.
The characteristic of this system is that there is low gas flow and high pipeline pressure throughout its entire transportation process.
