Therefore, high requirements are placed on the temperature uniformity of the curing furnace and the reliability of the control system.

Paper recorders, printing recorders, or paperless recorders can be selected to monitor the entire process and analyze the drying and curing results. 3Choose a reasonable hot air circulation method according to the different placement of the baked products(Top heating vertical air supply, bottom heating horizontal air supply, side heating vertical air supply, etc)Make the temperature in the studio more uniform, and achieve better drying and curing effects for the coils. 4An independent overtemperature alarm system shall be installed, which can cut off the heating power supply and emit sound and light alarms when the temperature is abnormal. 5A set of low-voltage lighting system can be optionally selected, and the door is equipped with an observation window, which can observe the solidification status of the workpiece at any time. 6Using sealed electric heating tubes for heating, anti-oxidation, stable performance, and long service life. 7The bottom track can be laid, and different trolley driving methods such as manual drive, blunt rack drive, roller drive, and traction trolley drive can be selected according to the weight of the baked product. 8According to the user's on-site usage, it can be controlled nearby, and multiple curing furnaces can also be equipped with a computer distributed control system, which can centrally achieve functions such as setting temperature control programs and recording temperature curves for multiple curing furnaces. The operation is simple, convenient, and the control is reliable. 9The insulation material adopts high-quality aluminum silicate insulation cotton with low thermal conductivity, which has a significant energy-saving effect.
