Purpose:This machine is suitable for the maintenance and installation of power insulation equipment such as transformers, oil switches, and transformers that are in long-term operation. It is particularly suitable for the regeneration treatment of severely inferior insulation oil and can be used for vacuum oiling and drying of transformers.
Features:The ZJL series trailer oil filter, insulation oil regeneration oil filter, and regeneration vacuum oil filter not only have the dehydration, degassing, and impurity removal functions of general vacuum oil filters, but also have the function of regenerating inferior oil. They can effectively remove polar substances such as deep oxides and free carbon in the oil, restore the comprehensive indicators of oxidation resistance, acid-base water solubility, etc. of inferior oil.
The unique purification and regeneration system adopts three-dimensional evaporation technology to efficiently remove moisture, gas, and impurities from transformer oil, improving the pressure resistance strength and oil quality of the oil.
The whole machine has a chain safety protection function.
If the oil outlet pressure is too high, the oil inlet and heating system will be linked. If the oil outlet pressure is too high or there is an operational error, it will automatically shut down and sound an alarm. The security protection equipment is working normally. Specially designed precision oil pump, low noise, meets environmental protection requirements.
By using a special decolorizing agent, the color of dark aged transformer oil can be removed and regenerated to be similar in color to new oil, and a flexible unloading device is designed with short time, fast effect, and low dosage. Under vacuum conditions, decolorization can greatly save the cost of regeneration treatment, and the waste residue does not pollute the environment (can be used for building walls and paving), and is non-toxic and harmless.
Can be used for multiple purposes: it can be used independently as a vacuum dehydration, degassing, and impurity removal system, as well as an independent decolorization and regeneration system, or both can be used simultaneously.
Advantages: This machine can not only remove moisture, impurities, and gases from unqualified insulation oil, improve its withstand voltage value, but also make the acid value, pH value, and other indicators in the insulation oil meet national standards. It can also filter free carbon, deep oxides, etc., so that the various indicators of the insulation oil can be comprehensively improved.
