II Scope of application:

Suitable for the determination of total sulfur in materials such as lignite, bituminous coal, anthracite, coke, dry coal samples of coal water slurry, and heavy oil in industries such as electricity, coal mining, metallurgy, chemical engineering, cement, geological exploration, and scientific research institutions.

3、 Technical parameters:

1. The measurement range of sulfur is 0-10%, with a resolution of 0.001%.

2. Sample combustion analysis time: After starting, stay at about 500 ℃ for 45 seconds for pre decomposition, and then automatically move to the 1050 ℃ position. Automatically determine whether the experiment has ended and returned in about 5 minutes, with a maximum time of 8 minutes.

3. Temperature measurement and control accuracy: 1050 ± 5 ℃

4. High temperature furnace: working temperature ≤ 1200 ℃, constant temperature zone length ≥ 90mm, heating element is double threaded silicon carbon tube (model: φ 40/30 × 400), can reach 1050 ℃ in about 30 minutes under program control.

4、 Performance characteristics:

3. Adopting a guide rail type sample delivery mechanism, the operation is lightweight and reliable. Using electronic travel switches, magnetic sensitive Hall devices, and non-contact sensing of sample delivery position.

4. The instrument automatically determines the endpoint of the titration test and exits in a timely manner, accompanied by a buzzing prompt, to improve work efficiency.

5. Allow users to make overall or segmented corrections for measurement deviations caused by testing conditions, with built-in overall coefficient calculation function, automatically stored after calculation, and simple and easy error correction.

6. Input the moisture value for analysis to calculate the sulfur content on a dry basis for printing.

7. Real time display of furnace temperature, furnace flow, process time, sulfur content during the experiment, and sample weight can be modified at any time before the end of the experiment.

8. It can store the latest 32 historical records in case of power failure and print historical data using the reprint function.
