Automatic edge detection
This function can detect the edges of the sample and automatically collect and measure its coordinates. Therefore, you no longer need to specify coordinates, which greatly reduces subjectivity. Automatic edge detection also has a timer that can collect coordinates within a specified time and supports the use of foot switches, allowing operators to focus on measurement operations without moving their hands off the stage.

Outlier elimination
During the edge detection process, metal burrs and other abnormal points can be automatically eliminated. In this way, regardless of the sample state, the calculation of measurement values can be kept consistent. Points that are considered abnormal and excluded can also be displayed on the screen in different colors.

Multi Image Alignment (MIA) (optional)
Splicing multiple images together to capture a high magnification large-area image. Due to the fact that images are stitched together based on coordinate data, this system is able to generate highly reliable images.

Extended Focus Image (EFI) (optional)
The EFI function is effective for obtaining fully focused images on samples with uneven and complex surface shapes. Generate an image with aligned focal points at all positions.
Simply process multiple images with different focal positions while moving the Z-axis, or use an electric model for automatic image synthesis.
