The main working principle of the Tianjiu NJP-800 fully automatic capsule filling machine is that when the machine is running, the capsules in the capsule hopper will enter the first feeding fork of the dispensing device vertically one by one. When the fork is lowered once, six capsules will be delivered with the rubber cap on top. In the first job, the vacuum separation system inserts the capsule into the module while separating the body cap.

At the eleventh working position, the fastened capsule product is pushed out and collected. At the twelfth station, the vacuum cleaner cleans the module before entering the next cycle. The medicine column is made by filling and compacting five times in an intermittently rotating measuring disc.
