It is suitable for single-phase 220V and two-phase 380V thyristor voltage regulation lines, with a phase shift range of 0-180 °. Smooth and uniform voltage regulation, stable output. At the same time, this trigger not only has the general phase-shift trigger function, but also adds the following functions:
1、 Soft start function
When starting up, the voltage at both ends of the load gradually reaches the set value, avoiding damage to the thyristor and load caused by high current during startup.
2、 Constant voltage output negative feedback function
When the output voltage is unstable due to grid fluctuations or other reasons, using a constant voltage output negative feedback system can effectively overcome the instability of the output voltage caused by the above reasons By using this system, the change in output voltage can be controlled at around 1%. When using this function, simply place the "J1" jumper terminal cap on the trigger board in the S position. The 8 (+) and 9 (-) terminals are constant voltage feedback input terminals, and the input signal is DC 0-6V.

When the device experiences overload, the overload automatic system will automatically and quickly trigger a pulse Quickly reset the output of the thyristor to zero. The overload signal is DC 0-6V or 4-20mA, input through terminals 10 (+) and 11 (-). Set the overload value using potentiometer W3.
4、 Overload reset function:
When the trigger overload protection is activated, the self-locking system also operates simultaneously. After the fault in the load section is resolved, press the normally closed button connected to terminals 12 and 13, and the trigger will resume normal operation.
5、 Manual/automatic adjustment function:
This trigger can be manually adjusted or automatically adjusted in conjunction with an automated instrument. Automatic/manual can be switched between each other, making it flexible and convenient to use. When manually adjusting, connect a 3K3 adjustable potentiometer between terminals 3 and 5 to achieve manual adjustment. During automatic adjustment, the standard signal of 4-20mA or 0-5V DC (with J3 jumper in the 10V position, or 0-10V control can be used) is input between terminals 3 and 4, with terminal 3 connected to the positive terminal.
6、 Constant current output function:
This function is suitable for situations with variable loads and large fluctuations in grid power, and can effectively maintain a constant output current. The input signal is 0-5V or 4-20mA. The input ports are terminals 6 (+) and 7 (-).
