Three ring micro powder millMicro powder grinding, abbreviated as micro powder grinding, is a highly efficient three ring micro powder grinding. Mainly suitable for ultrafine powder processing of non flammable and explosive brittle materials with medium and low hardness and Mohs hardness ≤ 6, such as calcite, chalk, limestone, dolomite, carbon black, kaolin, bentonite, talc, mica, magnesite, illite, pyrophyllite, vermiculite, sepiolite, attapulgite, zeolite, gypsum, alum, graphite, fluorite, phosphate rock, potassium ore, pumice and more than 100 other materials. The particle size of fine powder products can be adjusted freely between 325-3000 mesh (47-5 microns), and the output can reach 900-7500 kilograms per hour.
Performance characteristics
Under the same conditions of high efficiency, energy-saving product fineness, and motor power, the output of the three ring micro mill is more than twice that of the air flow mill, stirring mill, and ball mill.
2. High safety and reliability. The three ring grinding powder machine has no rolling bearings or screws in the grinding chamber, so there is no problem of vulnerable bearings and seals, and no problem of screws easily loosening and damaging the machine.
3. The product has high fineness, and the fineness can reach D97 ≤ 5 μ m in one go.
4. The wear parts have a long service life. The grinding rollers and rings are forged from special materials, greatly improving their utilization. Under the same fineness of materials and finished products, it can generally last for more than one year. When processing calcium carbonate and calcite, the service life can reach 2-5 years.
5. Environmental protection and cleaning: Pulse dust collectors are used to capture dust, and mufflers are used to reduce noise, which has the characteristics of environmental protection and cleaning.
Working principle
The large blocks of material in the ultrafine powder mill are crushed into small particles by a hammer crusher and then sent to the storage bin by a hoist. After passing through a vibrating feeder and an inclined feed pipe, the material is evenly sent to the upper part of the turntable's bulk tray. The material disperses around the circumference under the action of centrifugal force and falls into the raceway of the grinding ring, where it is impacted, rolled, and ground by the ring rollers. After being processed into powder through three layers of raceway, the high-pressure fan sucks in external air into the machine through suction and brings the crushed material into the powder selection machine. The rotating impeller inside the ultrafine powder mill causes the coarse material to fall back and be re ground. The fine powder that meets the requirements enters the cyclone powder collector with the airflow and is discharged by the discharge valve at the lower part, which is the finished product. The airflow with a small amount of fine dust is purified by the pulse dust collector and discharged through the fan and muffler.
