Main features
1. The complete set of equipment consists of a three-phase programmable power source (linear source), a three-phase multifunctional standard energy meter, an error calculator (embedded), a pulse and photoelectric signal receiving and processing system, a multi winding isolation PT, a multi meter position testing rack (hanging meter rack), a time base frequency meter, a 485 communication interface (embedded), device control software, a computer and peripherals (printer, barcode scanner, etc.);
2. The device has two structures: integrated and split. All adopt high-quality specialized aluminum magnesium alloy profile structure, which is lightweight, firm, beautiful and durable; The calibration workstation can meet the requirements of the national verification regulations from 3 to 24 positions (the standard types of calibration workstations include: 3 positions, 6 positions, 8 positions, 12 positions, 16 positions, and 24 positions);
3. Each meter of the device is equipped with an isolation current transformer (ICT), which can achieve non decoupling calibration (parallel calibration) of the energy meter and can be easily withdrawn or switched in for parallel calibration;
4. The device operation software can be customized by module according to user requirements and habits. The software is easy to operate and can preset calibration schemes for electric energy meters (including basic error measurement, creep and start-up tests, positive and negative active and reactive energy errors, as well as standard deviation testing, 24-hour variation testing, etc.) and influence quantity testing schemes. The electric energy meter can be fully automatically calibrated according to the selected calibration scheme. The calibration results can be stored, queried, and printed in various ways at any time for measurement data. And network management can be implemented according to user requirements;

Function of electric energy meter influence test: PC verification can set the influence test plan according to the requirements of the regulations, and complete tests on frequency influence, voltage influence, short-term voltage interruption influence, and gradual voltage change influence. And it can conduct harmonic impact tests. The PC verification can set the harmonic impact test plan according to the regulations. The voltage and current can output 2-21 standard harmonics separately or simultaneously, odd harmonics, even harmonics, sub harmonics, and harmonic components can be set;

The device can also perform multi constant verification and constant verification: PC verification can simultaneously verify multiple energy meters with the same current, voltage, and wiring method, but different constants and levels, and verify the constant rows of the energy meters. In the scheme setting, after setting the number of verification cycles for the first table, the remaining tables will automatically adjust according to a constant and ensure consistency in verification time;
