    Product Features:

    1. The relaxation part of the leveling roller of the three in one feeding machine for medium plates has been changed from the standard type, which is completed by a cylinder, to a piston cylinder, which is suitable for stamping and leveling feeding of medium and thick plate coils with a thickness of 0.3mm~4.5mm and a width of 70mm~1000mm.
    2. The main shaft of the material rack adopts an oil pressure expansion system, and the material roll drum adopts a wedge-shaped sliding block structure, which automatically locks and relaxes the roll material. The discharge width is adjusted by two stop rollers with screws. When discharging, the outer stop roller is lifted by a cylinder to avoid the material before loading and unloading. It has high reliability, low labor intensity, good safety, and is equipped with a pressing arm to prevent the material from loosening. The discharge adopts a photoelectric induction system for automatic discharge, and pneumatic lifting is used to control the curvature of the material for smooth feeding.
    3. The leveling roller is made of high alloy bearing steel and undergoes a series of heat treatments (quenching and tempering) → lathe processing → high-frequency treatment → grinding → hard chrome plating → grinding, strictly ensuring the rigidity and surface smoothness of the leveling roller, with a dimensional accuracy of 0.01mm.
    4. Adopting a two stick clamping and pressing structure, the motor drives the upper and lower clamping rollers through a reducer to feed the material head into the leveling machine.
    5. The leveling is adjusted using a four wheel worm gear, which is driven by the hand wheel to rotate the worm gear and drive the upper slider to rise and fall, thereby achieving the adjustment of the pressing amount. An adjustment dial is attached to the adjustment handwheel to accurately display the adjustment amount.
    6. The leveling relaxation adopts an eccentric structure and is implemented by dual cylinders. During leveling, the cylinder is ventilated, and the upper slider is pressed down by the cylinder piston. During relaxation, the cylinder relaxes the material by lifting the slider. Due to the installation of a quick exhaust valve in the exhaust pipe during relaxation, the relaxation speed is fast.
    7. The worm gear lifting device adjusts the feeding height within a range of 100, suitable for different specifications of product molds for customers, making adjustment convenient, labor-saving, and reliable.
