2、 Working principle:
The machine consists of a base, a speed regulating motor, a shaft, a rotary connecting rod, and a cylinder. The cylinder of the material is driven by the active shaft to move horizontally and perform composite movements such as rock and roll, which promotes the material to move in three directions along the cylinder: circumferential, radial, and axial. This achieves the mutual flow, diffusion, and doping of various materials to achieve high uniformity mixing. This machine is a sterile, dust-free, fully enclosed energy-saving mixer.
3、 Characteristics:
There is no centrifugal force, specific gravity segregation, layering, or accumulation phenomenon during the mixing of materials. The 3D motion mixer utilizes unique three-dimensional motion, translational rotation, and rock principles to generate a strong alternating pulsating motion, continuously pushing the mixed materials. The generated vortices have varying energy gradients, resulting in excellent mixing effects. The machine also has the advantages of smooth operation, low noise, high loading coefficient, and short mixing time. The machine consists of a base, transmission system, electrical control system, and multi-directional mechanism. Due to the multi-directional movement of the mixing barrel, there are many cross mixing points for the materials inside the barrel, resulting in high mixing efficiency and a uniformity of over 99.9%. The loading coefficient can reach 0.9 (which is 0.4-0.6 for ordinary mixers). Short mixing time and high efficiency.
