From digital surveying involved in the early stages of mold design, to measurement of mold processing procedures, mold repair measurement, mold acceptance measurement, and later mold repair measurement; High precision measuring equipment is ubiquitous, ranging from small-sized electronic molds to large molds in the automotive and aerospace industries. However, as the precision requirements for products in the industry continue to increase, precision instruments cannot be affected by external vibrations, which can affect the normal operation of the equipment. Traditional low-frequency isolation measures are to dig grooves and make isolation trenches to effectively reduce the impact of surrounding large punch press vibrations on coordinate equipment. 4、 Vibration impact control plan and effectiveness
4.1 From the above data analysis, it can be concluded that the measuring machine is greatly affected by external vibration sources, and as a high-precision measuring instrument in the measurement industry, the three coordinate system has an accuracy ofumLevel. It is very sensitive to low-frequency vibrations, so we must add a set of vibration isolation devices to protect the measuring machine itself from external interference while working normally. There are two common ways to use vibration isolation devices.
Generally speaking, traditional three coordinate vibration isolation devices mainly use isolation grooves and fillers to weaken the transmission of vibration energy and achieve the protective effect on the equipment.

Based on the comparison of data values, we have attenuated the majority of low-frequency vibrations inside our vibration reduction device. 5.2) Through on-site analysis, it was found that the main source affecting accuracy is still the low-frequency vibration generated by the impact of equipment operation on the ground, which is transmitted to the three coordinate base through the ground and causes the three coordinate needle to swing during operation.
