DESAGA, a German company, is dedicated to the research of thin layer chromatography technology and the development and manufacturing of thin layer chromatography analysis instruments. Biostep's products include a full range of instruments for thin-layer chromatography and gel detection. Instrument Introduction:
It is composed of specially designed light source system, high-performance digital camera and software control system, which can take pictures of thin-layer chromatography or gel electrophoresis with true color fidelity and ultra-low detection limit, obtain fingerprint information of the atlas, and record, save and standardize management;
The software system provides data collection, automatic calculation of Rf value, text annotation and editing of images, spot comparison and enlargement, saving, displaying, printing, etc;
Software controls imaging operations, and all raw data such as shooting conditions and parameters are recorded in real-time, traceable, fully compliant with GMP/GLP standards and 21CFR Part 11 specifications, and capable of IQ/OQ verification;
Text and labels can be added to the photos taken, allowing for arbitrary selection of font and font size, display in any proportion, and overlay comparison;
Each photo is automatically labeled with a work diary such as date, experimenter, unique serial number, and can be password protected;
Light source system: Built in 254nm/366nm ultraviolet and white light tubes, patented layout design to ensure uniform illumination and completely eliminate the interference of stray light.
