Product Usage

This instrument is mainly used for automatically boosting the breakdown points per square meter of insulation materials such as polyurethane film, plastic film, and polypropylene film for electrical purposes under a given DC voltage.

This instrument is controlled by a microcomputer, and the speed of film rolling can be set. The voltage is increased according to the set rate. After reaching the set voltage, the current voltage and current values are recorded in real time, and the current breakdown point can be recorded in real time. After the test is completed, it automatically resets to zero, counts the number of weak points and weak lines, and calculates the number of weak points per square meter.

This instrument has a high degree of automation, simple operation, convenient installation of film rolls, and a floor standing structure for easy operation.

Structural composition:

1. Boosting component: A 0-10KV boosting part composed of a voltage regulator and a high-voltage transformer.

2. Moving parts: Use a voltage regulator to uniformly increase the voltage to the set value.

3. Detection component: a measurement circuit composed of integrated circuits that detects and transmits real-time measurement data to a computer.

4. Computer software: transmits the measurement and control signals collected by the detection equipment to the computer through intelligent circuits. The computer controls the operation of the equipment and processes the test results based on the collected information.

5. Rolling and unwinding: fixing the film and rotating it at a set speed

Equipment working principle:

The test voltage of this tester is 0-10KV DC voltage, with a fluctuation of ± 1%. The tester recovers the voltage to the originally set voltage within about 0.1 seconds after the weak point of the sample is broken down. The copper roller serves as the lower electrode, and the conductive rubber serves as the upper electrode. The film moves at a speed of 2m-5m/min, and when the weak point of the film breaks down, the breakdown point automatically accumulates and counts. The membrane movement is automatically counted in square numbers.
