●Product Features:
1. This machine is specially designed with upper and lower leveling back pressure roller sets for strong thick plates, suitable for stamping, unwinding, leveling and feeding of thin plate coils with a thickness of 0.6mm~6.0mm and a width of 70mm~1600mm.
2. The material rack tile plate adopts a four blade design, with blade curvature matching the inner diameter of the material. The blade surface is hard plated, smooth and wear-resistant, and will not damage the material during use. The inner diameter expansion adopts a rotary oil cylinder and hydraulic expansion. The material roll drum adopts a wedge-shaped slider structure, and a drum brake is used to effectively prevent the material from scattering due to rotational inertia during braking.
3. The feeding width is adjusted by two feeding rollers using screws. During feeding, the outer feeding roller is lifted by a cylinder to avoid the material, allowing for easy loading and unloading of the material.
4. The correction roller is made of high alloy bearing steel and undergoes a series of heat treatments (quenching and tempering+high-frequency treatment+hard chromium layer) to strictly ensure the rigidity and surface smoothness of the correction roller, ensuring the surface performance of the material being corrected during the correction process. The surface hardness of the correction roller is as high as HRC60, ensuring high precision and high wear resistance.
5. The feeding port of the leveling and feeding machine head adopts a two stick clamping and pressing structure. The motor drives the upper and lower clamping rollers through a reducer to feed the material head into the leveling machine.
6. Using a four wheel worm gear for adjustment, the worm gear is driven by the handwheel rotating the worm gear, which drives the upper slider to rise and fall, thereby achieving the adjustment of the pressing amount. An adjustment dial is attached to the adjustment handwheel to accurately display the adjustment amount.
7. The feeding outlet is equipped with a pallet guide rail device, which enables the leveled material to enter the mold work stably and straight. (This device is detachable)
8. The body lifting adopts a four worm electric drive method, which can easily adjust the height of the feeding line.
9. External manual control handle for easy debugging of molds.
