Thermocouple junction box:

The conduit is connected to the junction box, and the wires inside the conduit are connected in the junction box to protect and connect the wires. Thermocouple and thermistor junction boxes are devices used to secure terminal sockets and serve as connectors. They protect temperature sensing elements from external atmospheric erosion and ensure good contact between external wires and terminal posts. Depending on the measured temperature object and site environmental conditions and requirements, in addition to ordinary junction boxes, there are also splash proof, waterproof, explosion-proof, plug-in, stainless steel, plastic, and integrated temperature transmitter junction boxes. If we assemble various types of junction boxes into thermocouple and thermistor products, these products correspond to splash proof, waterproof, and plug-in thermocouple and thermistor products.

The junction box of a thermocouple is used to connect the thermoelectric electrode and the measuring instrument. In order to prevent dust and harmful gases from entering the protective tube, gaskets are used to seal the outlet and cover end face of the junction box. The main components of the thermocouple junction box include: cover, screws, washers, junction box, nameplate, gasket, hollow bolt, etc.
